Our Cancellation Policy

In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by giving us a call any time up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. If 15mins late or a no show your card will be debit 50% of any service under the amount of $200. If we have a deposit it will be lost and if your appointment is your touch up there will be a fee of $50 that needs to be paid before rescheduling. Please do not show up with kids unattended or pets, if so we will need to reschedule and same charges will apply.



Prices are subject to change; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

Touch-up appointments will be subject to the availability of the artist’s schedule. Please note that rescheduling of the complimentary touch-up (within 8 weeks) cannot be guaranteed, If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time frame, touch-up fees will apply.

All touch-up treatments are only one session.
